Detachable handles sold separately. The Strate 11" Non-Stick Frying pan is perfect larger cooking jobs like eggs and cooking delicate fish. Its Exceliss coating is dishwasher safe and lasts longer than other coatings. It is made in France and comes with a 10 year warranty. Wooden or Silicone Utensils are recommended. It is compatible with all cooking surfaces including induction.
